Working Effectively and Harmoniously
The following workshops focus on strengthening the ability of school staff to work effectively and harmoniously with one another, a necessity for thriving in the workplace. The workshops, approximately seven hours in length, are interactive, skill-based, and often integrate real life circumstances through a case-study approach. Each workshop is best suited for no more than 40 elementary, middle and/or secondary school personnel. Supervisory Union/District teams comprised of three or more members per team can also be accommodated. Individual participants or team membership might include administrators, teachers, school counselors, special educators, Educational Support Team members, school health professionals, and paraprofessionals. Brief pre-workshop reading assignments and exercises are frequently used as a means of developing a common language and making the most efficient use of workshop time.
Facilitator and Costs
The workshops are conducted by Ron Rubin (a brief bio of Ron’s background is provided following the workshop descriptions).
